(“Sem Dayanıklı”); In the framework of activities arising from the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“GDPR”) and relevant regulations and legal provisions, we have prepared this disclosure text to inform you, our Visitors, Online Visitors, Customers, Potential Customers, Supplier Employees, and Supplier Representatives regarding the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data

2) What are the methods of collecting your personal data?
Your personal data, specified above in categories, is collected through physical means such as order forms, contracts, visitor forms, or through information systems and electronic devices (e.g., telecommunications infrastructure, computers, and phones), third parties (e.g., KKB and Findeks), our website, and other documents provided by the relevant individual, either automatically or non-automatically.
3) What is the legal basis for the collection of your personal data?
Your personal data is processed by Sem Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları Pazarlama ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the GDPR, for the purposes outlined above;

4) Do we transfer your personal data to a third party?
a) Personal data of our visitors, may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and when requested in accordance with the relevant legislation.
b) Personal data of our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and relevant public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and when requested in accordance with the relevant legislation.
c) Personal data of our customers may be shared within the scope prescribed by legal regulations, for the purpose of ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with the law, following up and managing legal affairs, and with authorized persons.
Personal data of our customers may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of providing information, to our group companies, IT companies, suppliers, courier companies, insurance companies, banks, and our financial advisor, as needed, for the execution/monitoring of business activities, risk management processes, and to ensure that our services are performed as required. Additionally, such personal data may be transferred to the law firm we work with and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in potential future legal disputes.
d) Personal data of our potential customers may be transferred to the law firm we work with and to judicial authorities for use as evidence in potential future legal disputes.
e) Personal data of our supplier employees may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope prescribed by legal regulations for the purpose of ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with the law, following up and managing legal affairs, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, and for the execution/monitoring of business activities. 5) Do we transfer your personal data abroad?
As Sem Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları Pazarlama ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş., we do not transfer your personal data abroad.
